01การยอมรับข้อกำหนด (Acceptance of Terms)

By accessing or using SynX Studio, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
02การใช้บริการ (Service Usage)

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend access if any behavior violates security or disrupts system operations.
03การชำระเงินและโทเคน (Payments & Tokens)
การซื้อโทเคนหรือการเช่าบริการไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ (No Refund) เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นโดยทีมงาน เราแนะนำให้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องก่อนทำรายการทุกครั้ง
Purchase of tokens or rental services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the team. Please verify all details before completing transactions.
04ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ (Limitation of Liability)
SynX Studio จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางตรงหรือทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้งานบริการหรือการไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ รวมถึงปัญหาทางเทคนิคภายนอกเหนือการควบคุม
SynX Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including technical issues beyond our control.
